Баварія - цікава земля. Тільки тут здатні випити за 16 днів майже 7 млн літрів пива. Число вражає, як на мене. Та все ж офіційна статистика свідчить, що найбільше пива за рік випивається, не повірите, але в Чехії. Я була дуже здивовава цьому факту, адже для мене найбільш "пивною" країною завжди була Німеччина. Але сьогодні - не про статистику.
Відкинемо всі дослідницькі підрахунки та повернемось до столиці Баварії - Мюнхена, де кожного року в період кінця вересня та початку жовтня міське управління вже протягом кількох сотень років проводить наймасштабніше пивне дійство - Oktoberfest.
Та розкрию всім один секрет: такі розкішні застілля в святкових палатках (Festzelt) в баварському стилі кожен може почати святкувати приблизно з червня-місяця. Для цього потрібно небагато: всього-то прибути у вказаний час на територію Баварії та віднайти потрібне баварське селище, де вже стартував народний празник - Volksfest. Volksfest - це така собі мініатюра Октоберфесту. Там так само є грандіозне відкриття, ріки різного пива, гори засмажених рульок та мільйони баварських сосисок, тушена капуста та картопля фрі, смашений мигдяль та солодка вата, розваги і запаморочливі атракціони на будь-який смак. Головне - бажання та... людина, що трошки знає, де шукати такі місця.😉
Отже, Октоберфест - грандіозне дійство на честь пива. Жартую😊 Насправді, якщо вірити історичним даним, то перший Октоберфест було проведено на честь весілля короля Людвіга та принцеси Терези Саксонської, на честь якої і названо площу, де нині проходить фест (вже писала про це в своєму Instagram @tatka_mykhniuk . Якщо ти ще й досі не підписаний на мене, то скоріше переходь за лінком). На наступний рік такого пивного дійства було додано фермерську ярмарку з нагородженням найкращих коней та биків. І саме ті, перші пивні фести, проводились в середині жовтня, тому і назва "октоберфест". В час Наполеонівських війн такі святкування було припинено, оскільки Баварія була втягнута в ті неприємні події. Але згодом традиційне пивне свято було відновлено. Спочатку силами народу, а потім - під керівництвом міського управління Мюнхена.
Зараз Октоберфест проводять в кінці вересня - на початку жовтня, оскільки раніше було прийнято рішення перенести це дійство у зв'язку з погодніми умовами. В період "вересень - жовтень" температура повітря може досягати +30° і, відповідно, у всіх відвідувачів з'являється набагато більше бажання випити пінного. 😁Оце маркетинг, я розумію...оце підхід!
Цікавим фактом про Октоберфест являється і те, що було дві спроби перейменувати його на "Осіннє свято". Та все було марно. Бо Октоберфест - він і у Африці Октоберфест.
Цього року мені пощасливилось вже вдруге потрапити на Wiesn (друга традиційна назва) саме в Мюнхен. Ба, більше, цього разу ми підготувались до свята більш відповідально і спеціально для цього придбали традиційний баварський одяг, що такий властивий саме на святкування локальних "фольксфестів" та Октоберфесту.
Зізнаюсь, що баварський традиційний одяг - bayerische Tracht - виглядає дуже стильно та оригінально, проте не зовсім зручно. А жіночий костюм Dirndl - то, взагалі, окрема історія. Дірндль - якщо я не помиляюсь, баварське слово і вимовляється воно так собі.😄Можна язик зломати. Але як же гарно виглядає цей традиційний костюм, що ховається під таким страшним словом. Погоджуєтесь?😉
Зазвичай дірндль складається з блузи, пишної спідниці, корсету та фартушка. Для тепла додають ще так звану в'язану куртку на ґудзиках. Нині корсет і спідницю поєднують в такий собі сарафан чи плаття. Мабуть, знову ж таки для зручності.
Цікавим моментом є те, що довжина традиційної спідниці чи плаття в дірндлі визначалась дуже цікавим способом, а саме: відстань від краю спідниці і до землі не повинна перевищувати висоту одного масса пива ( 1 масс= келих пива на 1л. = 11 євро), а це приблизно 27 см.😁 На голову можна одягти капелюх чи вінок на ваш вибір. Але і перше, і друге виглядає ефектно. А я просто фанат капелюхів, тому тут вибір зрозумілий.👒 Хоча скоріше в традиційному варіанті, капелюх - для чоловіків. Та то було сотні років тому і сьогодні ця межа ледь помітна. Але важливим доповненням до капелюха являється пучок пір'я або букет із шерсті сарни - символ тірольських мисливців. Погодьтесь, що це дуже автентично?!
Також з аксесуарів обирають чокери або підвіски у формі масивного сердечка чи квітки едельвейсу. Цікаво і не банально. В поєднанні все виглядає дуже по-особливому.
Важливо також знати і вміло використовувати традиційні і дещо забобонні прикмети, коли одягаєте фартух від дірндля, бо ж зав'язаний у певний спосіб бант можна трактувати по різному. А саме: якщо бант знаходиться зліва - це означає, що жінка вільна і немає ніяких романтичних відносин, якщо справа - заміжня, а якщо ззаду - вдова. Тому будьте обережні, коли повязуєте собі фартух.
Потрапивши на Theresienwiese у період святкування Віізн, врахуйте і той факт, що в розпал свята занадто тяжко знайти вільне місце. Дуже поширена практика резервування місць у бажаних шатрах. І, я вам повідаю, що бронюють їх навіть за рік вперед. Бо ж конкуренція в цьому плані дуже велика.
Памятаю, що минулого року нам пощастило потрапити за столик на краю "біргартена" відомого всім Августінера з його смачним пивом. Але то був далеко не вихідний день і святкування добігало свого логічного завершення.
Цього ж року Августінер провів видиму межу у вигляді зупиняючої стрічки і відбирав гостей у свій шатр по так званому фейсконтролю. Туди могли потрапити тільки знатні любителі пива або ж поважні особи Мюнхена.
То ж наші пошуки місця святкування затягнулись на цілу годину безперервних походеньок від шатра до шатра. Удача посміхнулась нам у біргартені біля шатра Köffer і ласували ми там пиво від Paulaner München.
Зізнаюсь, пиво п'ється там "на ура". І дійсно там смачне пиво, як не крути. Та будьте обережні! Воно значно міцніше на Віізн, ніж у звичайному житті. Навіть після того, як ви згодуєте свому організму величезну і смачнющу свинну рульку з порцією тушкованих овочей (вартість такої порції становить приблизно 35 євро), "октоберфестовське" пиво вдарить вам по мізкам так, що єдиним правильним рішенням буде покинути святкування завчасно або... повторити ще 1 масс пива. В моєму випадку був ще один масс. 😂 Але не просто пива, а Radler - легкого виду пива, що був придуманий саме для велосипедистів (не дивуйтесь, таке дійсно є!) Але "радлар" виявивсь не зовсім легким. Бо ж це Октоберфест. Тут нічого не буває просто і легко.
І все було б добре, якби не атракціони... Запамятайте, якщо пиво - то ніяких атракціонів! Сприймаються вони звичайно не з таким страхом, але якщо переборщити з артакціонами, то ваш організм не буде вам дуже вдячний.
В будь-якому випадку, це дуже весело! Це - оригінально і багатогранно! Але те, що сталось на Октоберфесті, залишається там же. І нехай дещо заїжджена, але така правдива фаза стане після такого святкування вам виправданням. То ж купуйте свій "трахт" і відправляйтесь на пивне дійство в Мюнхен, що триватиме ще до кінця цього тижня (7 жовтня завершення).

I was very surprised by this fact, because for me the most "beer" country was always Germany. But today - not about statistics.
Let's drop all the research calculations and return to the capital of Bavaria - Munich, where every year in the end of September and early October, the city administration has been organizing the largest beer fair - Oktoberfest for several hundred years.
And I'll reveal to everyone one secret: such traditions feasts in holiday tents (Festzelt) in the Bavarian style, everyone can start celebrating about in June-month. To do this, you need a little: just arrive at the specified time on the territory of Bavaria and find the right Bavarian village, where already started the national feast - Volksfest. Volksfest is a kind of miniature of Oktoberfest. There is also a grand opening, rivers of different types of beer, mountains of roasted pork shafts and millions of Bavarian sausages, stewed cabbage and french fries, toasted almond and sweets, entertainment and dizzying rides for every taste. The main thing is the desire and ... a person who knows a little where to look for such places.
So Oktoberfest is a grand performance in honor of beer. Joking😊 In fact, if you believe in the historical data, then the first Oktoberfest was held in honor of the wedding of King Ludwig and Princess Theresa Saxon, in honor of which the square was called where the fest is now (already wrote about it in my Instagram @tatka_mykhniuk. still not signed to me, then rather move on a link). The following year, a beer fair was added to the farm fair with the best horses and bulls. And those, the first beer festival, were held in the middle of October, and therefore the name "octoberfest". During the Napoleonic wars, such celebrations were discontinued as Bayern was involved in those unpleasant events. But later the traditional beer festival was restored. First, by the people, and then - under the direction of the city administration of Munich.
Now the Oktoberfest is being held at the end of September - early October, as it was previously decided to postpone this action due to weather conditions. In the period "September-October" the air temperature can reach + 30 ° and, accordingly, all visitors have a much greater desire to drink foam. What is great marketing, I understand ... what is the approach!
An interesting fact about the Oktoberfest is that there were two attempts to rename it to the "Autumn Festival". But everything was useless. Because the Oktoberfest is also an Oktoberfest in Africa.
This year I was lucky to hit Wiesn (second traditional name) for the second time in Munich. And what more, this time we prepared for the holiday more responsibly and specifically acquired traditional Bavarian clothing, which is so characteristic of the local folksfeasts and Oktoberfest.
I admit that the Bavarian traditional clothing - bayerische Tracht - looks very stylish and original, but quite uncomfortable. And the women's costume Dirndl is, in general, a separate story. Dirndl - if I am not mistaken, the Bavarian word and it has not so easy pronunciation. It's possible to break a tongue. But how beautiful this traditional suit, hidden under such a terrible word, looks like. Agree?
Typically, the Dirndl consists of blouses, lush skirts, corsets and aprons. For the heat, add the so-called knitted jacket with the buttons. Now a corset and a skirt are combined into a sort of dress. Apparently, again for convenience.
An interesting point is that the length of the traditional skirt or dress in the horn did not depend on a very interesting way, namely: the distance from the edge of the skirt and to the ground should not exceed the height of one mass of beer (1 mass = a glass of beer = 11 euros), which is approximately 10 inch. On your head you can wear a hat or wreath. It depends on your choice. But both looks spectacular. And I'm just a fan of hats, so the choice is clear here. But in the traditional version, the hat is for men. That was hundreds of years ago, and today this limit is barely noticeable. But an important addition to the hat is a bunch of feathers. This is a symbol of Tyrolean hunters. Will you agree that this is very authentic ?!
Also, from the accessories are selected chokers or pendants in the form of a massive heart or flower edelweiss. Interesting and not banal. In combination, everything looks very special.
It is also important to know and skillfully use traditional and somewhat superstitious signs when wearing an apron from the Dirndl, because the bundle tied in a certain way can be interpreted differently. Namely: if the bow is to the left - it means that the woman is free and there is no romantic relationship, if to the right it means, woman is married, and if the back is a widow. So be careful when you tie an apron.
When you arrive at the Theresienwiese during the celebration of Wiesn, take into account the fact that it is too hard to find a free space at the height of the holidays. The practice of reserving places in the desired tents is very common. And, I'll tell you that they book them even a year ahead. For the competition in this regard is very large.
I remember that last year we were lucky enough to get to the table at the edge of the "biergarten" known to all of Augustine with his delicious beer. But that was far from a day off, and the celebrations fled their logical conclusion.
These year, Augustine put a visible bar in the form of a stopping tape and removed guests in his tent on so-called face-control. Only famous beerlovers or respectable persons of Munich could enter there.
Our search for places of celebration was delayed for an entire hour of continuous hangouts from the tent to the tent. Good luck smiled at us at the beergarten near the Köffer tent and we drank there beer by the Paulaner München.
I confess beer is drunk there "to the cheers." And there really is a tasty beer, no matter how cool. But be careful! It is much stronger than in normal life. Even after you ate so tasty Pork shank and portion of steamed vegetables (such portion cost about 35 euros), oktoberfest beer hit your brains so that the only correct solution is to leave the celebration in advance or ... repeat another 1 mass of beer. In my case was another mass. 😂 But not just beer. There was a Radler is light type of beer, that was invented especially for cyclists (do not be surprised, this really is!) But "radlar" was not exactly easy. Because this is Oktoberfest. There is nothing so easy.
And everything would be nice if it were not for rides ... Remember, if beer is not any rides! They are usually perceived not with such anxiety, but if you overdo it with artactions, then your body will not be very thankful for you.
In any case, it's a lot of fun! It's original and multifaceted! But what happened at the Oktoberfest stays at Oktoberfest. And let it be somewhat intruded, but such a true phase will come after such a celebration as justification for you. So buy a "traht" and go to the beer event in Munich, which will last until the end of this week (October 7 - completion).
